Self Help Enterprises Names New Board Members

Self-Help Enterprises is pleased to announce that Marv Hansen and Alberto Arzate have joined the Board of Directors for the nonprofit housing and community development organization based in Visalia.  Marv is Vice President at Valley Business Bank and a past president of Visalia Breakfast Rotary and past Chairman of the Visalia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.  Alberto is a Business Resource Specialist with C-SET in the Lindsay office.  Alberto is also a member of the Lindsay Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Visalia Police Department's Hispanic Advisory Committee.  They are both Visalia residents.

Founded in 1965, Self-Help Enterprises is the oldest and largest self-help housing organization in the nation and was named Community Organization of the Year by the Tulare Kings Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in 2007.
